Woodworking Router Bits & CNC Milling Cutters

High-performance carbide milling solutions for CNC nesting, edge profiling, and jointing. Engineered for precision and durability in high-speed wood processing.

  • Full Category: Includes Shank Router Bits, CNC Nesting Tools, and Disc Cutters.

  • Optimized Geometry: Specialized flute designs for superior chip evacuation and surface finish.

  • Industrial Strength: Solid tungsten carbide and PCD (Diamond) options for high-volume production.

  • Custom Solutions: Custom profile grinding available to match your specific molding requirements.

Our woodworking milling cutters are designed for precision-focused industries, ranging from small furniture workshops to large-scale CNC nesting plants. We offer a comprehensive selection of tools designed to handle everything from natural hardwoods to highly abrasive composites like MDF and HPL.

  • CNC Nesting & Compression Bits: Specialized “up-down” cutters that pull the material toward the center, preventing splintering on both the top and bottom surfaces.

  • Shank Router Bits: A wide array of straight, flush-trim, and decorative profiling bits for handheld and table-mounted routers.

  • Disc & Profile Cutters: Heavy-duty cutters for spindle moulders and four-side planers, ideal for mass-producing flooring, doors, and window frames.

  • Precision Engineering: Each tool is dynamically balanced to ensure vibration-free operation at high RPMs, extending spindle life and improving cut quality.

What is the advantage of using a Compression (Up-Down) bit?
Compression bits feature both upward and downward flutes. This design compresses the wood fibers toward the center of the board, eliminating “fuzzing” or chipping on both the top and bottom laminate surfaces, which is essential for high-quality nesting.
Solid Carbide is versatile and cost-effective for medium runs. PCD (Diamond) is recommended for high-volume production with abrasive materials like MDF or fire-rated boards, as it can last up to 50 times longer than carbide.
This depends on the material type and machine rigidity. As a general rule, we provide technical data sheets with chip load recommendations to help you optimize productivity and tool life.
Yes. We specialize in custom profiling. You can provide a CAD file or a wood sample, and we will manufacture a custom milling cutter (either shank-type or disc-type) that matches your profile exactly.
